This project involved the transformation of two adjacent stores, previously separated by a partition, into a unified and cohesive retail space for EnVogue – a boutique specializing in artificial designer jewellery and unique gifts.

Client Brief

The client requested a minimalist yet upscale aesthetic that would reflect the elegance of the products on display while ensuring long-term durability and ease of maintenance.

Project Overview

• ✅ Structural Integration:
  The first task was to merge the two individual stores by eliminating the central partition and reworking the layout into a seamless, open-plan format. This allowed for better flow, visibility, and customer movement.

• ✅ Wall Treatment & Damp-Proofing:
  The lower wall sections showed signs of dampness and peeling paint. We carried out thorough repair and damp-proofing, and then cladded the affected areas with elegant highlighter tiles. This not only resolved the moisture issue but added a refined look and provided future-proofing for the client.

• ✅ Material & Finishing:
  The major structures in the store were built using mild steel (MS) for strength and longevity. These were spray-painted for a clean finish and overlaid with ply panels to maintain a sleek, modern appearance.

The space now reflects a harmonious blend of minimalism, durability, and contemporary charm, providing an inviting and premium atmosphere for customers to explore EnVogue’s collection.
